Here is an unusual massive english silver with enamelled front fob pendant or charm in the form of a tiny book commemorating the Coronation of King Edward VII in 1902.
The album cover is silver, hallmarked for Birmingham 1902, with an enamel front cover.The front shows written \"The Royal Souvenir\" with light-blue enamel. At back is a bunch of flowers and the english hallmarks for silver. Inside are six tiny printed photographs showing King Edward and Queen Alexandra.
The pendant was possibly originally meant to be attached to a watch chain, but could also be worn as a necklace.
Unfortunately half of the clasp is missing so the album does not fasten shut as it should.
It measures 1.70 cm (0.70\'\') x 1.30 cm (0.50\'\') excluding the bail.
A nicely detailed item, it would make a super addition to a collection of Royal memorabilia, and a great and authentic addition to a steampunk style costume.
