Very nice looking blue on cream yellow YAMS issue passenger license plate from Louisiana. This the 1954 issue, all paint is original as shown and untouched. First class must be shipped as a package, not as letter/large envelope rate. The cheaper rate dictates that a package must be flexible and can be bent - not a good idea if you\'re receiving a license plate in the mail.
