LeCoultre Atmos Clock 528-8, Square Face Dial, #381640 For Sale

This LeCoultre & CIE Atmos model 528-8 mantle clock is numbered 381640 (made late December 1972 to early January 1973). Made in Switzerland and marked “fifteen 15 jewels VXN”. It sat in a box for years; a plastic guard insert is still in place on the top, so I am not sure if it has ever been used. The glass is in perfect shape, the leveling bubble indicates it sits even, there is a slight tarnish along front bottom metal frame, and the brake lever on bottom has a touch of surface rust on part of it (please see photos). Overall, it appears in very good condition. I did not remove plastic insert nor open/disturb/ clean clock in any way. I stored this in a bedroom closet for years (nonsmoking household) after it was given to me. It will be wrapped carefully and double-boxed. Thank you for looking!
