A sold NEW factory sealed item & opened by the buyer is not eligible for a return (Because opened what was NEW item, becomes USED)
If a buyer buys a NEW item and open the factory sealed package & buyer finds any issues with it, then the buyer responsibility to contact the company who license & manufacture the product.The buyer should understand when purchasing a working vintage electronic item and then it arrives in not working condition, in some cases because during traveling from the seller to the buyer via shipping carriers can result to cause some parts of the components to get loose such a loose wire or a loose screw etc. I as a seller do not warranty or give any guarantees to such item as vintage electronics therefore, they are sold AS IS,
If the buyer wants an electronic item in perfect working condition with warranty then I suggest for the buyer to buy it from an electronic outlet.Buyer pays for shipping back I try to be fair to all costumers alike and do my best to describe each item as accurate as possible, and it’s the buyer responsibility to ask questions, & not use assumptions about anything in a listing that doesn’t seem clear.
