Lustrous Hubnerite from the Mundo Nuevo Mine, Peru For Sale

This piece consists of large blocky hubnerite xtals on quartz. Some faces of these xtals have excellent luster as shown on the second picture which was turned to catch the light. These specimens were a hit of the Tucson show in 2010, when i bought it. I bought this one because the hubnerite xtals were in great shape and arranged nicely over the piece.
I am a mineral collector, not a mineral dealer – I am just at this time trying to sell some specimens to lighten my load. The specimens I am selling on are not taken from wholesale rooms and are not bargain basement castoffs. These specimens were not bought for resale but instead were handpicked by me for my collection. They are much better than what you usually find online. I never make a purchase unless I already know what the market price is, and I believe the price I paid is at least fair, if not a bargain. On , I sell for 13% over what I paid, unless I tell you otherwise, because and paypal charge me 13% for any sale. Unless the rock is worth way more than what I paid, all I want to do is break even on any sale.
Based upon response from potential buyers on the exorbitant costs of ’s Global Shipping Program, I will no longer participate in it. But international shipments remain problematic for me. It is a hassle to ship internationally, and packages are more likely to get lost with too many international shipping methods and destinations. Therefore, I’d be happy to sell internationally on any combined purchase of over $100 USD, provided that the buyer take responsibility for choosing the shipping method and accept all liability for any lost shipments. For any international orders less than $100, I charge a $30 handling fee. For international buyers, I will ship using the method you choose (USPS International Priority, UPS, or FedEx only) and insure the package according to you instructions. I will add any shipping and insurance charges to the invoice after sale. After shipment, I will provide proof that I sent the package provided the shipping method provides such proof. If the package is lost, I will only reimburse the buyer up to whatever insurance is recovered. Please note that it is difficult to get shippers to pay for lost international packages, even if lost, but I will make my best attempt to obtain compensation for lost packages. International buyers can always return to me any purchase they don’t want, for any reason, so long as I receive the item in the same condition as when it was sent and the buyer reimburse me for all shipping and insurance charges. International buyers can find out how much shipping and insurance will cost by going to the USPS, UPS, or FedEx websites and getting a calculation of the cost of shipping and insurance (if desired) from the 99501 US ZIP code. Sorry this is complicated but I want to be fair while mitigating the hassle and risk of international shipments.
