Unopened Case 12 NOS. The sensational new motor sound unit.

This is an unopened case of 12 pcs of the No. 5200 battery powered
noise making motor from the Louis Marx & Co., INC., Erie, PA.
It has the Sound of Power. Powered by 2 \"D\"standard size batteries.
(not included) Electric Motor Made In Japan - Hong Kong.
Install it yourself on your Favorite! Complete with mounting brackets
and bolts. The case is unopened and the motor pictured does not come
with the case. It is my display piece and since it has the number 5200
on the box lid I am assuming that is what is inside the case. I do know
there were red case motors or black motors with a red knob but I do
not know what model number they were. My display motor does not
work so I don\'t know if the new ones inside case would work. There
are no guarantees that they will work and I will not open case to find out.
Anyone buying these should not count on them working since they are so
old and if some of them do work I would consider it a miracle just because
of their age and the fragile components used to make them back then.
I got these from a local bicycle shop years ago and he had them stashed
since the 60s. My display motor was in his showcase and that\'s what got
us talking about them since I had a Mattel Vroom motor on my bike.
These predate those since these were early 60s as you can see on the box
and instructions they do not even picture a stingray type of bike. There is
still a shipping label from a toy distributor but it has no date that I can see.
To me this is the ultimate toy collectors dream of a full unopened case.
If I do not sell it I might open it up someday but it won\'t be anytime soon.
You just don\'t find these like this anymore. My pictures of the opened box with motor and parts bag and
instruction sheet are for reference only and again NOT included in
this sale and you will receive the brown sealed carton of 12pcs only.
Everything I have is what I have collected over the years so they
come out of my personal collection. I do not buy things just to sell
on and am not a dealer or store so therefore I cannot do
returns an exchanges since they are one of a kind...
