What buyers need to know about my listings. I have been a \"Geardo\" for 30 years and have now started gear-hounding for others. I only pick up items that are worthy of my personal collection. If an item isn’t up to my standards (95% condition or better) I pass entirely on the deal. Unless, of course, it is a rare or unusual item. I try to describe my items accurately and note any flaws in detail. My goal is to offer top-notch gear at reasonable prices. I want to offer a hassle free experience for my buyers. If there is any particular specific gear you are interested in, please let me know and I will create a \"wish list\" for you. Please don’t send requests for restricted or illegal items.
SHIPPING: I only ship within the USA (unless otherwise noted). I offer many items that are restricted for export under ITAR regulations. Please don’t ask me to BREAK THE LAW. I am NOT going to violate the law just to make a few extra dollars. It is not worth it!
I go to the post office about daily. If you pay before 4:00ish (Eastern) your package will most likely ship that day. I ship about everything either first class or priority, unless it is a heavy or bulky item. I usually do a good job estimating postage, however sometimes I am off a little. I pack securely and use foam wrapping. If an item sale is over $100 I usually insure the package. I track and take pictures of EVERY package I ship out. If the post office misplaces your package, you can have photo proof to give them. USPS usually does a good job, but when things go wrong, a picture of the USPS sticker, tracking, address, etc can be VERY helpful.
