ITEM DESCRIPTION & CONDITION: Up for purchase is Boston Co. Suitcase Store from the It\'s A Wonderful Life illuminated village. Made by Enesco for Walgreens, this is building #1 out of 4 from Series IV (there were 6 series in all, I believe). The building is new, has never been displayed, and comes with the certificate of authenticity and the light cord. The box has some imperfections (creases, etc.) - see pictures. I will supplement the packing material inside the box to ensure that it arrives to you safely. This item ships from a smoke free home.Free shipping is via the seller\'s choice of UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. This item ships to street addresses in the continental 48 states ONLY (no PO boxes).
