Goebel Hummel Jubilee special limited edition figurine wasissued in 1985 in celebration of the Golden Anniversary of the introduction ofthe first M. I. Hummel figurines in 1935. It was modeled by artist GerhardSkrobek in 1979 and has an incised 1980 copyright date.This figurine waslimited to the number sold during 1985 and will not be produced in future.
On thebottom is the special inscription which read: \"50 YEARS M. I. HUMMELFIGURINES 1935-1985\" in a circular design. Directly below is the \"THELOVE LIVES ON\" in addition to the current (TM 6) trademark, all applied byblue decal.
