IT IS NOT RECESSED WHICH MEANS IT\'S HANDBLOWN AND PRE 1890.IT BOASTS OF A SOLID GOLD LABEL AND A ROUGH PONTIL ON THE BOTTOM...RARE INDEED.THERE IS NO CHIPPING, ONLY A BIT OF DISCOLORATION AROUND THE OUSIDE OF THE LABEL...PROBABLY NEEDS CLEANING BUT I DIDN\'T WANT TO MESS WITH IT.. I\'VE INCLUDE A CLOSE UP PICTURE. IT ALSO HAS A VERY UNIQUE STOPPER...YOU CAN POUR LIQUID THROUGH IT. ...9 INCHES TALL...INCLUDING STOPPER.
