This rare blown Opalescent Blue Daffodils kerosene lamp is really beautiful and a great addition to any quality collection of oil lamps. It is approximately 8-1/8\" tall to top of its niceold brass Taplin-Brown style collar and has no cracks, chips or repairs, typical minor manufacturingimperfections. No burner or chimney included.
This lamp is listed and pictured in William Heacock\'s Encyclopedia of Victorian Colored Pattern Glass Book II Opalescent Glass from A-Z on page 49, noted as RARE, produced in 1886. It is attributed to Northwood Glass by some sources(see the last photo).
An identical lamp recently sold in a nationally known online sale for $431.25 + 17% buyers premium. It included a burner and chimney. In comparison, my lamp is atremendous bargain.
