REVOLUTIONARY War era Super Rare Folding Traveling Compass For Sale

Fantastic folding compass with hand painted paper case in excellent condition. See pictures for more details on the condition and colors. Much more vibrant in person. Hard to show the colors in photos, but great color and condition. Still has the red string holding lid and the wire copper latch to close. Made in Europe, possible Germany. Locations of European cities and measurements on the lid. Needle knocked loose in storage. Can be fixed, but I don\'t want to open it up. late 18th c. through early 19th c. Selling because I picked up a bunch of new and exciting Rev War pieces and I need to make room. Neaarly identical to several in Tom Wnuck\'s collection. Final photo is from Wnuck sale on 2003.
