Up for sale is an Old Vintage Bartholomay Brewery Co. / Prohibition Ice Cream Dairy Rare Denim Banner Advertising Sign. This is a very rare & unusual sign! Bartholomay was a distillery in Rochester NY that converted to dairy production during prohibition. Based on this information, the sign is dated from 1920-1933 (there\'s no date on it). It\'s a very long sign, just over 8 ft long (101\") x 9\" high. It\'s a one sided denim fabric sign which seems unusual. It reads \"Bartholomay Quality Ice Cream\".
The sign shows some wear such as denim/fabric color fading, loose threads (on the edges), creased/folds, small stains/marks etc.....Please use zoom function to see details on all photos.
