DESCRIPTION: From the estate of a cookie jar collector. This very nice vintage Shawnee \"Smiley Pig - Clover Bud\" Cookie Jar is so adorable. This Smiley has a red bib; red and green clover flower decoration on front; chocolate brown hooves; and green straps in back. Patented Smiley USA on bottom. This Smiley is in excellent condition for its age inside and out....there is a tiny glazed over pottery bump on the back left shoulder and a glazed over pottery chip on the underside of the right shoulder - these are mfg. defects; a small, very light glaze crackle line on the right underside of the head opening.
