Ross Rifle Co. Bayonet And Sheath, Both Marked U.S. For Sale

Here is a Ross Rifle Co. bayonet with sheath. Condition of the bayonet is very good. Check out the photos closely. They can give a better description than I can describe with words. The edge has not been sharpened. The sheath is also in very good condition. It is stamped with \"58 Regiment Westmount Rifles\" which is a Canadian Home Guard regiment formed in 1914. The sheath is also stamped with \"U.S.\". Near the tip of the sheath is stamped \"1909\" and also the letters \"ARC\". That is what I make them out to be, but they could be something else. I know very little about this bayonet other than Ross Rifle Co. was out of Canada and the U.S. purchased some Ross rifles during WWI. The sheath might be rare with the 1909 date. I would appreciate any more information that could be provided for this bayonet. Please ask any questions that you may have and I will strive to get them answered.
