The American Freedom Box Sterling Silver Franklin Mint 1976 Limited Edition COA For Sale

This beautiful limited edition sterling silver box was created by Franklin Mint to commemorate American Freedom in celebration of our bicentennial in 1976. The American Freedom box lid bears the bald eagle to symbolize America\'s strength and independence. The four scenes depicted on the side of the box represent our four freedoms: speech, assembly, religion, and press. The high relief design is exceptional. The inside of the box is lined with blue velvet. There is some patina on the silver but I believe it will clean up nicely. This has been in a smoke free home since purchased and was bought when issued by the Franklin Mint. The box measures 4.75\" x 3.5\" x 2.25\" and weighs approx. 12 ounces. It comes with the certificate of authenticity as well as the brochure that came with it when purchased.
