The Del Monte Plan Book (Pebble Beach Company) Ansel Adams Photographs Vtg. 1967 For Sale

Up for sale is this historic development plan called the Del Monte Plan which later became the Pebble Beach California area plan. This very collectable plan consists of a very large (17\" x 17\") cardboard master book that details all of the future planning complete with 13 black & white photo\'s by the great Ansel Adams & Julian P Graham. It also has map handouts for each individual project area that are color coded. Also inside is the original paper report that was copied & passed out at the Building Research Institute Conference at the Sheraton-Park Hotel in Washington DC May 2-4 1967. The project areas were broken down into the Del Monte Forest, The Aguajito & The Carmel Valley Ranch.
