US WW2 Combat Vehicle Crew CVC Helmet. Made By Wilson. Football Helmet. RARE For Sale

For sale here is a US Vietnam Era Army Combat Vehicle Crewman Helmet. This is an early CVC helmet. The helmet was made by Wilson Equipment Co, and is a basic football helmet that has been painted OD Green, had Ear Pieces added, and had a microphone added. This are extremely difficult to find. The helmet is a Wilson Model F2010 and is marked size 7 1/2. The helmet also says Utes on it in Red, and i am unsure if this was from the University of Utah or was a Wilson Model. Next to the word Utes, the number T27 has been stenciled over the green paint. All in all, the helmet is in good condition with paint wear to the high points. The communications devices are all very nice and retain their plug ins. The microphone has decals of the number 22 on it and the microphone itself is marked cw-292/u. The earpieces are screwed in and in good shape. The liner and interior of the helmet are very nice with some signs of wear.
