VAILLANCOURT CUSTOM MACY’S SANTA W/ PUPPET No# 1 Signed By Judi 2009-M, Large For Sale

For your consideration is VAILLANCOURT FOLK ART Number 2009-M1 Santa with Puppet. This Santa was created in 2009 as an exclusive for Macy’s Department Stores, very few of these Santa’s were ever created, and this Santa is the first Santa with Puppet to be painted, (no. 1), a designation much sought after by collectors. It is also signed by the artist Judi Vaillancourt herself. This Santa is also part of the adorable gingerbread series. He has lots of wonderful detail to him, including a wreath with two candy canes that he wears on his head, a gingerbread puppet that sticks out of sack, and plenty of beautiful detailing to his traditional red coat. This large Santa stands 9.75 inches tall. I bought this piece for resale and have kept it stored away until this time.
