Offered for consideration is a pair of 1960s ceramic table lamps. The lamps feature a classic vase form with a thick heavy drip glaze in tones of cobalt and green over matte gray. Along the bottom edges of the drip glaze are intentional glaze pops.
The lamps been refurbished with new brass fittings and new electric components. Both pieces have been remounted on walnut bases.
The ceramic and glazing was designed by Alrun Osterberg Guest for Royal Haeger. She is responsible for some of the most collectible Haeger glazes, such as orange peel and earthwraps, among others.
The bases are in excellent vintage condition. There are no hairline cracks or chips. The only flaw I could find is a very small surface ding (seen inside pink circle)
There are reflections of light in some of the photos. This is not damage of any kind.
The lamps have been newly rewired with new premium brass sockets, new cording and new polarized plug sets.
