This is a RARE metal lunchbox shaped like a sliced loaf of bread with the original Campbell\'s tomato soup Thermos. It was made by Aladdin Industries and released in 1968. According to \"greatestcollectibles.com\" this lunchbox is rarity R-7; there are only 101-250 known lunchboxes in existence. The condition is very good: very minor dents, some scratches visible, but the color and luster of the surface both inside and out is great. (The back side looks like new with VERY minor scratches.) There is very little rust. The box closes and locks fine with no struggling. The handle is intact. The box measures 9\" long x 7\" tall (without handle) x 5\" wide.
The thermos looks great, but if shaken you can hear the broken glass inside. The bottom of the thermos has some rust (I have not tried to clean it).
Please see pictures for the condition details. I\'d be happy to answer any questions or send you more pictures.
This is a very unique design lunchbox and it is a wonderful collector\'s item. We are the original owners who actually used it as a kid and found this treasure tucked away in our garage.
