It is in used condition with some surface scratches, and bends in shades and dings in base. It stands roughly 15 1/2\" tall and  12\" wide. IT does work as seen in pictures. The only markings I could find is GE on the knobs by the light bulbs. The cord has tape all up and down and the pug itself has a break in it.
