This is a vintage BCI Model 1924 french telephone. Bakelite and metal. This has a seperate ear piece to listen in on the conversation. The main receiver has a plate that reads \"marche du 21-5-42. lot no combine b.c.i. model 1924 320-2 no 44205 8 tr teleph.ericsson. The base of the phone has a plate that reads marche du 10-7-25 lot no 5 appareil mobile b.c.i. model 1924 321-1 no 4241. The extra ear piece has engraved on rim \"P JACQUESSON-CONSTRUCTEUR PARIS MARCHE DU 25 MARS 1925 PROPRIETE RECEPTEUR 320-3NO 7 6 37 DE L\' ETAT. This is a great example of a french pre war phone.
