Vintage Gillette Aristocrat Open Comb Double Edge Safety Razor For Sale

Up for sale I have one of the hottest collectible safety razors ever made this is the 1934-1936 American bulldog handled open comb TTO aristocrat in the rarer gold clamshell case... The combo is thought to be a Christmas edition... This razor is in near mint condition.. There is no brassing or discoloration to note with only the slightest of surface scratching on the silo doors... Also I have noticed that when closing the silo doors they sometimes close \" unevenly but they always align perfectly when closed... I have reduced the price due to this...This must have been something that was from the factory as there certainly seems to not be a wear issue as this one has been obviously used very little...The case looks really nice but does have a small dent in the lid (see last pic)...this is truly one of the nicest razors I\'ve had the pleasure to own... Some consider it the greatest American razor ever made... come with a couple of green blades which are pretty hard to get on their own... Truly a unique and hard to find set... The blade bank has some hard water stains but presents fairly well...the case has a few small discolorations but looks pretty nice otherwise.. The purple felt is very bright and rich in color... With some slight staining where the razor sits...Makes a great gift!...please examine the pictures carefully as they are considered part of the description...any props in the photos aren\'t included unless otherwise noted...I strive very hard to make sure you are happy, if you have any issues please let me know...
