Thank you for your interest in this listing. Please keep in mind that this item is for local pickup only! It simply would not be very practical to try to ship this Butsudan.
Up for your consideration is a Japanese Buddhist Butsudan or shrine that was intended for home use. This Butsudan is in fair condition. It has several small parts that are missing. It has been used a great deal so that it is covered with smoke residue from incense. It also has places where candle wax has been spilled. There are also a few small places where the laquer coating is chipped oris missing. You can see most of thisin the last picture. Some might consider it to be in poor condition when compared to a brand new Butsudan, but it is still very functional.
As you can see in the photos it comes in three pieces. There is the main shrine in the middle. Then there is the base with two small sliding doors for storage and then there is the top.
