Vintage Lefton Mr. Toodles (Maltese) Dog Creamer & Sugar Bowl (Japan) For Sale

This vintagecreamer and sugar bowl is by Lefton. It is from his Mr. Toodles line. Mr. Toodles is a white Maltese dog with blue eyes and blushed pink cheeks. He has a pale blue bow around his neck and a matching bow on his head along with a little pink flower. The creamer has a few extremely tiny chips, white on white, which aren\'t too noticeable. Those areas are: front and back left paw near the bottom edge, one on the pouring spout and one at the back on his tail. There also looks to be a very small hairline on the top of the handle which you cannot feel when you rub your finger across it and appears to be under the glaze. There is a smudge at the back under the glaze.This piece is numbered 3975 and sits approximately 4 inches high. The sugar bowl has two very tiny chips/\"dings\". Those are located on the right side near bottom edge and at the back on the tail. There are also two small chips under the glaze, one on the inside rim of the base at the back and one on the underside rim of the lid (these cannot be seen when lidded). There is one small spot of wear to the right sideedge of the lid. This piece is numbered 3976 and sits approximately 4 3/4 inches high. It comes with a small plastic spoon.
