Vintage lot of 12 Hard plastic spinner twinkler xmas ornaments-bird cage carousel-in their original  display box Made by the Tinkle Toy Co Youngstown Ohio  Excellent!!!!!!!  Box is clean and bright and tight...Includes 5 rare periwinkle color,3 chartreuse/yellow,3 aqua,Neon pink--annodized aluminum spinners . You hang this over a bulb-( not too close) and the heat causes the metal to spin. These are going to spin like mad.
