Vintage Shipman postage stamp dispenser w cobalt blue and white front. Approximately 13 5/8\" tall and 6 1/2\" wide. I\'m told that it works well. Still has coins inside because no key. Lock is easy to replace with standard postal box lock from a home center store. Great piece of Americana at a reasonable price for a working vending machine with beautiful porcelain.
