Very nice Brass Dial 30-hour tall clock works on decorative iron shelf, circa 1780. Typical high quality English movement with count wheel strike. Pendulum and what appears to be the original lead weight still intact. The movement needs a good cleaning but does strike and appears to be all there. Signed William Wady of Bristol England brass dial with early (probably original) hands. The scrolled decorative iron and wood shelf is quite old too. Whether it was made this way or converted to a wag on the wall at some time, its very attractive. Never a guarantee to running order for any clock I sell on .Shipping is the buyers financial responsibility, I have an excellent packer and shipper (rave reviews on packers in my response). Paypal accepted, but would prefer pers. ck, or cert. ck or M.O.. With the pendulum this would be a long and heavy clock, so it will cost more to ship! International shipping even more so.
This is the next listing of a large collection of fabulous clocks just purchased . Please keep an eye out for more great buys.
