Up for sale is an incredibly rare Walt Disney Tomorrowland Adventure Series box set. Published 1959. While there is currently another example up for sale, there have previously only been two sales in the past 8 years that featured the set with the box.
Why so rare? These books were issued to schools and quite often the box was thrown away and books well worn by students.
The books themselves are in amazing condition. Other than a name written small on the inside cover of each book (same name) and a little bit of wear and of rounding of the edges of the binding, these all appear to be in unread near mint condition. No stains, no rips, no bending. Amazing shape. Each book measures 8\" x 6\".
The box itself has a small stain in the front lower right hand corner and the lining of the box in the back has been ripped. See photos.
