Waterman Fountain Pen Desk Base w Bronze Cold Painted Dalmatian For Sale

Offered for your consideration is a nice, 1920s, Waterman pen base. The oval Brazilian onyx base is approximately 5”X 7”. The base is adorned by a cold painted bronze Dalmatian. There is no pen included with the set but I could provide one at additional cost if the buyer requests such. The hard rubber tulip has oxidized to a soft brown tone. The base has a raised, polished chrome plaque in its center. It was presented by a shop supervisor as a token of esteem to Mr. Chrimes. The edges are fairly clean and the bottom felt which is likely a replacement could use some attention. Non-the-less a great vintage piece.
