World War 2 Palau Islands Photo Album For Sale

WW2 Palau Islands photo album with 60 original black and white war photos of, I believe, 48th Coast Artillery, peleliu. Album is in great shape, many subjects. Includes caves, bunkers, landmarks, cemetery personal, shoreline, artillery pieces and B24 Liberator shot from a distance, but still can see #728 withskull and crossbones on tail, shark teeth on nose. Also, hand drawn original mimeograph pin up calendar of September. Back side is a hand drawn map of Palau Island with penciled 1944 notation. Album measures 12 1/4\" x 14 1/2\". Red with gold trim features Uncle Sam center at ships wheel, corners are eagle, plane, warships and artillery. Slight wear on outside corners.
