We ran into a prohibitively costly shipping situation (turns out, sending very large metal and glass frames from Florida to Alaska is extremely expensive), but she worked with me to carefully remove the art from the frames and made a custom protective box to ensure safe (and less ghastly cost-wise) delivery.
