There was a problem with one nutcracker that was broken in shipping. The seller was very apologetic and took care of the problem immediately by sending me another one. Luckily they had another set.
She had excellent correspondence with me.
And checked in with me several times.
I highly recommend this seller.
She provided me with a return shipping label to send back the damaged one.
