14k nib writes perfectly on cheaper paper but can be a bit stiff on higher quality fountain pen paper like Midori's. Still love it though. If you want a converter with it, you need to buy one separately (the cartridges hold more ink than the converters though)

    Nice starter Sailor gold nib pen

    Neat little fountain pen. The size is a bit on the small side, but it works well for me. Love the color as well. Comes with one cartridge, which I have not used yet. Would have given more stars if it came with a converter in the box.

    Really nice pen

    I love the shimmers gold specs its really nice, a bit smaller for lager hand but I have small hands and find this more comfortable. This medium/fines writes more like a fine to me. The only thing I would recommend is for the company to add a converter for this price I really think they should.

    Great fountain pen!

    Love the writing feel of the Sailor fountain pen. I chose MF and it feels like a 0.3mm. Great for those with smaller handwriting!
