Item was not new, but still in very good condition, had a missing foam panel on one of the sides, but did come with a ballistic panel for one of the sides, so that was kinda cool. Shipping was fast but took a little for seller to ship, probably was just busy however. Seller was quick to ship after asked.

Pack is really great quality. Some strings needed to be cut as the part the holds the zipper on the inside of the bag is fraying. Also, the foam on the inside of the pack was warped/crushed due to careless packing. My bag was folded and stuffed into a plastic mailer bag. Communication was minimal and order was slow to ship. Not the best overall experience from this seller but I got a superiorquality bag for a fraction of what it would normally cost so it is what it is. Worth it.
