Glasses were safely packaged. Seller was responsive to questions, good about shipping updates, well-intentioned, and pleasant to work with. Despite hiccups I'm pleased with my purchase, but I'll also second the feedback from another buyer, who said: "respectfully, seller should update descriptions to disclose any imperfections. Use of the term “crystal” is also misleading."

Good seller. I am happy very happy with my purchase. The four glasses were priced fairly, packaged extremely safely, and shipped in good time. There was one disappointment with the order though... the gold rim on one of the glasses was about 1/3rd worn off. This was not mentioned in the description. However, the glasses are so beautiful and were priced very reasonably, that saying no to the order was not a possibility. And, to be fair, I did not mention this to the seller. I am very satisfied.
