Seller sent already damaged items described as “Mint”. Once initiating a refund, the seller tried to make false accusations against me even when backed up with evidence. Horrible buying experience.

Unfortunately, we have to deal with people like this who try and take advantage of small businesses. They claim we sent them Pop's that look like someone jumped on them before shipping. Keeps saying they have evidence. It's just a few pictures of smashed Pop's. No shipping box pictures. Clearly lying to get a refund for something other then what was sent to them. Sad and pathetic
