I ordered multiple of this item and there was a problem with one. Contacted the seller who immediately responded and sent out a replacement. Excellent seller communication and experience!The quality of these particular bags is a bit dodgy. The wooden neck and plug are made of some sort of very very soft wood. The plug is retained by friction fit and the soft wood immediately wore out and not the plug is loose. I'll see if I can add an o-ring or some wax to keep the plug in place.
