I wish I could leave MORE STARS, this was such a positive experience! Not long after I ordered, Nagisa messaged me about my order and promptly answered my replies. It shipped SO FAST only 3 days from Japan to the US! All the parts of the tea set were individually wrapped in 3 layers (plastic, paper, and bubble wrap) and very neatly packed in a box. The items were so clean and shined, better than the photos! They seem brand new and unused! I will definitely shop with Nagisa again! Thank you! :)
