Item arrived quick! I'd say about a fourth of the 2k daphnia died, but we've been having some odd weather in West Texas, recently. I've made a prior purchase from this vendor and almost all the daphnia were alive, but our weather here was a little more stable then. The packaging included insulation, but as I said, our Temps dropped like 25 degrees. Not the vendor's fault. The critters that were alive were lively and are perfect for culturing. Will purchase from vendor again!

First order was shipped priority. Took 5 days to arrive, all were dead. Seller told me they would ship another order. I wasn't asked nor offered the option of a refund. The 2nd order shipped priority & arrived in two days. The majority were also dead. They were very poorly packaged in very thin plastic. The seller claimed their supplier (first i heard of a 3rd party) was not supposed to package like that & said they would refund me less shipping. I was charged for both orders shipping cost $17

I bent over backwards for this Lady. Usps messed up her order & before she even received the first order, I sent her a 2nd order! I wasn’t going to wait for Usps to fix anything. So she praises me and thanks me. Then she receives the first order and says that most were dead, that’s fine because I already sent her another! then she receives the 2nd and she says they’re all dead. I sent her 3 refunds! Thanks for letting this gem slip through the cracks EBay! Letting crazy reign once again.
