I received my purchase and it was packed very well. However, when I took the cup out of the bubble wrap-it was obviously a used and damaged item. There were deep scratches and a dent in it. The lid didn’t fit right and overall looked terrible. Clearly it was sent that way. I demanded a refund even though the seller didn’t do refunds and they complied. I received my refund pretty quickly. I don’t recommend this seller.
