Tool to remove crucible from furnace., crucible lifter arrived with end broken off, cost me $21 at local

Waste of money & ruined windshield. This red powder doesn’t remove any of the sand marks on glass. I tried it wasting a few days messing with it. Made my windshield worse & now I can’t find a replacement because they aren’t made anymore.
