Overall pleased. Fair price on a solid bag. Description listed as "good-very good". One of the wheels had a flat spot and the plastic cage on the frame damaged. Reached out to the seller about replacement wheels. No response after several weeks. Not a deal breaker... misc stains and chemical odor as described by others. My guess is from soldiers cleaning them before turning back in. Just wish it rolled quietly. I'll be looking for a replacement wheel
