While one of the glasses did not make it intact, a refund was offered. I greatly appreciate the professionalism of the seller during this transaction. A lot of the time we are unable to control how softly packages are treated, I don't blame the glass breaking on the seller. The packing was sufficient, it was most likely mistreated by the postal service.
