I reach out to the seller but not before leaving the harsh feedback first. Which I should have not even left the feedback, just got ahold of seller first and I wouldn’t have to be doing all this now. It wasn’t the seller fault at all, she shipped my item the next day after I ordered it. The problem was in the shipping, but the seller make it right! I would order again from this seller
