Definitely not a new vise, The jaws are new, and the paint is new but this vise is NOT a new vise (NOS). There is a cut mark on where a grinder came don on the static housing. You can see where they painted over the numbers on the neck and overspray on the base. There are use marks on the static jaw as well.. Pics tell the story.
