This is a very rare antiquesolid cast iron and brass Banksway figural ashtray stand made in England at the turn of thecentury.It is a very rare piece made from solid cast iron and is extremely heavy,to is signed on the backside\"Banksway\"\"Made In England\"\"Ro798252\"\"The Marchioness from The Old Curiosity Shop\" \"841\"Itdepicted a middle aged cast iron female which has a wonderfully thick gold gilded finish.she holds a hand broom and afowl in her hands with a unique headpiece and gown.she stands on a very heavy black routed cast iron base and has a thick cast iron shaft.the top piece is the ashtray and made from solid brass and has a wonderful patina from age.the piece is in great shape andmeasures 22 1/4 inches tall by 7 inches wide.

buyer is responsible to file insurance claims via USPS, if package arrives broken or damaged, due to USPS\'s new policies the broken or damaged package has to be present when filing claims.
