It's all brass except for the glass scale window. It's marked "DILL" over the "READ" window, 10 SERVICE TYPE 135" under the "READ" window, "SUPER PRESSURE TESTER PAT. 1923776 THE DILL MFG. CO. CLEVELAND OHIO" on one side and "PAT NO. 1838165" marked on the valve head. It's in great shape except for the glass read window is fractured, some of the scale can be seen, but it's difficult, the glass is still all there, but has cracks in it. There is a push button at the end tip opposite the valve head, under the spring loaded button is the mark, "PRESS TOP".
