View Larger Image   No. 5 1/2 Iron Jack Plane   Description: This is a very nice quality No. 5 1/2 iron Jack plane. Much like the Stanley 5 1/2 (older style) that has a 2 3/8" cutter. This one is marked "H. T. CO." on the cutter with no other marker's marks noted. Feature over 95% original Japanning intact, sharp cutter near full length, rosewood handle and knob, clean bare iron surfaces, no cracks, very light wear. It does have the lateral control and depth adjustment features. This plane appears to be like a Stanley type 8-9 with a replacement blade.
